ADHD Business Coaching for Entrepreneurs and Creatives
I don’t think you’re here by accident.
✦ Just sayin’ ✸
If you've read this far, you're probably already the kind of person who thinks about why things are the way they are. That's usually who I work best with.
All coaching is one-to-one, online across the UK and worldwide, or in person around Bournemouth.
What the first month actually looks like
Session one is a deep dive. No plan, no homework, no model imposed on you. You talk, I listen and ask, and by the end we both understand how you actually operate: where your energy genuinely sits during a day, what you're carrying, what's already working that you'd stopped noticing.
Then we build the plan around what came up, not around a template. For most people that means two or three specific things, not twenty. You can't prioritise everything. Trying to prioritise it all at once is exactly where it falls down.
Between sessions you get a small, explicit next step. Not a life overhaul. One thing, sized to a real week with a real amount of capacity in it. If it doesn't happen, we move it rather than delete it, because the point is rebuilding trust with your future self, not collecting evidence against yourself.
By session three or four, most people notice the same thing: it's less that they're doing more, more that they've stopped fighting themselves to do it.
There's no upselling halfway through and no pressure to commit to anything longer than you want.
ADHD Coaching, Access to Work funded
One-to-one, one hour sessions, £150 per session. If you're eligible for Access to Work funding, this is usually the easiest way in. [Here's how the funding works]
Coaching Package
Ten sessions for £2,100, paid in advance. We start with a deep dive session, then build the plan around what actually came up in it, not a generic template.
Monthly Retainer
Two calls a month for £450, rolling, three month minimum. For steady, ongoing support rather than a fixed programme with an end date.
One-off Session
£250. For when you need one focused conversation, not an ongoing commitment.
Speaking, workshops and training

No. If you recognise ADHD traits in yourself, or think brain-friendly coaching would help, you're in the right place. If getting a diagnosis is part of your plan, I can help with that process too. Worth knowing: Access to Work doesn't require a formal diagnosis either, you need to show the traits affect your work.

Mine runs from £150 per session (Access to Work funded) to £2,100 for a ten session package. A one-off session is £250, and a monthly retainer is £450. Full breakdown on the [pricing page]. Rates across the UK vary a lot, so it's worth asking any coach what their training actually is before comparing on price alone.

Usually because the plan was fine and the conditions weren't. Most coaching sets a goal, builds a plan and assumes motivation will carry it. Motivation is a fickle thing that waxes and wanes, and for an ADHD brain it's an unreliable engine. So we work on strengths, meaning and rhythm alongside the plan, which is the part that decides whether any of it survives contact with a bad week.

Yes, and it's the work I know best. [More on that here]
Be on your own side. It's a better starting point than most.
