One-off Session - £250

Coaching Package, 10 sessions - £2,100 paid in advance

Monthly Retainer, 2 calls a month - £450pcm, 3 month minimum

Corporate, leadership coaching and training - Bespoke, contact me

What's included

Every package starts with a deep dive session before we build the plan. The ten session package includes Telegram support between calls. No hidden extras, and no upselling you into something bigger halfway through.

What happens after you book

You get a short form to fill in before we meet. Then we book the first session at a time that suits your actual energy rather than whatever slot looked sensible at the time. If admin is the bit that stops you, tell me and I'll handle more of it.

Can I get ADHD coaching funded?

Often, yes. Access to Work is a government grant that can cover ADHD coaching if you're employed or self-employed, and you don't need a formal diagnosis to apply. [Full details here]
