ADHD at ADE: How to Prepare for a Music Conference

I've been picked for ADE Lab On Track and it's my first ADE. 1,300 events, 300 venues, five days. I've done plenty of trade shows in my time, and none of them with a brain I understood. So this is the plan I'm taking with me.
